Add the nutmeg and seasoning with a little of the milk or more water and blend in a liquidiser or food processor. Return to the saucepan and add more milk or water and half of the cr\u00e8me fresh, adjust the seasoning and serve with a slice of lemon and a swirl of the cream on top.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\">Serves 4 as a starter.
